About

Jack is a trainee solicitor in the Investment, Landlord and Tenant team, acting for landlords and tenants across a range of commercial property matters.

Jack assists the team with investment transactions, portfolio asset management and freehold and leasehold disposals.

Before beginning his training contract, Jack spent two years as a Paralegal in the Banking and Real Estate Finance team. Here he worked on a variety of matters from refinancing to large portfolio acquisitions.

Jack is also a member of Howard Kennedy's charity committee and works with the firm's key charity, Making the Leap, to promote social mobility.

Recent work

  • Recently assisted in the launch of a number of VCTs to the London Stock Exchange.
  • Advised a prominent British football club on its online disclosure requirements as a unlisted public company.
  • Worked on Lendhub Limited's £13m refinance of a large mixed portfolio.

Jack has represented the University of Leeds in winning a varsity "University Challenge" against Leeds Beckett University and remains a competitive pub quiz enthusiast.
