New-look Knowledge Hub!

We are delighted to announce the re-launch of our Knowledge Hub, which has undergone a makeover in recent weeks.

We hope you enjoy the new layout and features including:

Updated FIDIC Cases Table

Alongside our new Knowledge Hub, we are delighted to share the latest edition of our FIDIC Cases Table, which features 29 new cases and updated links. The cases include six from 2025 (so far!) and a good mixture from the FIDIC Rainbow Suite.

The new cases include DFCCI v IRCON International Ltd, regarding the copying of an arbitral award, on which Victoria Tyson comments in her article (see below), and Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago v Waterworks Ltd, about recovery of reasonably incurred costs following termination of a FIDIC contract. It's shaping up to be an intriguing year for FIDIC cases!
